I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Casuress online store as a consumer who has just recently made a purchase from the company. The clothing and accessories appear absolutely stunning on their website, but the quality of the products I ordered did not live up to my expectations when I received them. The materials that were used to make the garments were not of the same high quality as was advertised, and the jewelry had a flimsy and inexpensive feel to it. In addition, the sizes were not consistent, and I discovered that some of the items were either smaller or larger than I had anticipated. Because of this, choosing the appropriate size to purchase was a challenge for me. In addition, the process of checking out was not user-friendly, and I ran into a number of technical issues that resulted in a delay in the fulfillment of my purchase. My questions were answered slowly by the customer service department, and I had to follow up on them multiple times before I was given a settlement. My time spent shopping at the Casuress online store was, in its entirety, a waste, and I have no intention of doing business with the company again. The actual products and the customer service do not measure up to the hype, despite the fact that the website has an impressive appearance.
