Downsizing from 21”

I am over 70, travel domestically and internationally. I am finding it difficult to lift my my fully packed 21” carry on to the over head bin. This can easily carry essentials, for an overnight if my luggage gets lost. Do not yet know if it fits underneath a seat, I think it will due to other comments; I feel confident I can lift it myself. One picture sits by a chair so you may have a frame of reference for height!
