Great product, make sure you insert the card face down!

At first I couldn't get the CAC reader to work. Months later. Just a few months and after speaking to Saicoo customer service I realized I was using the reader incorrectly. Most readers openly use CAC cards. To use this reader, insert the CAC card face down. Guilty. Thank you for great Saicoo customer service and good quality and portable product. Fits perfectly in my laptop bag and the hidden cable is awesome.
