Love love love this frying pan. Too bad they all came with that wonderful cover. Great pan and versatile. Besides baking everything in it, I use it to store pastries and rolls to keep them fresh. And yes, I also use baking pans in this one. Again, easy lifting handles and good looks. The packages arrived on time and the reading instructions said none of them should use Dawn Dish Degreaser as it could damage the easy to clean liner. Also use paper liners so they don't get dirty when I make lasagna in them. But that's the case with all brands. I love these pans!
