I don't like this pan for cakes, cinnamon rolls etc. any pastries. Everything was very browned on the bottom and sides. I made sure the grate was in the center of the oven. I drastically reduced the baking time. I'm sure they're good for a seated casserole.

Bought this item a few months ago to replace a cheap rusty cupcake pan. It has a beautiful color and is very durable. I first noticed how heavy it is compared to my cheap one! Definitely worth your money! Good quality product, I recommend it to everyone!

I really don't know why this got so many good reviews. This is a regular 9x13 pot, painted copper. It looks cheap to me. I haven't used it as it was supposed to be a gift so I can't comment on durability. I wouldn't want to give it away as a gift, so I'm sending it back.

Bought 8 months ago to replace an aluminum pan. Recently the copper colored coating has started to blister and peel and I've found I really don't know what this pan is actually made out of. Another thing is that the lid is an animal that needs to be removed. I loved it while it lasted but I need more than 8 months from an item like this.

This 9x13 pan is by far the best I have ever used! The first thing I tried in it was a cake and it turned out to be perfect. You know how the first piece can be a problem to get out? Not with this pan. No stickiness - from the first to the last portion. The plastic lid is roomy enough to hold a ton of frosting without crushing it. Cleaning is garbage. A little soapy water, a few wipes, a rinse and you're done. Ayesha Curry thought of everything when designing this fantastic baking pan.

Not yet baked in the pan. It was a grated roast in a pan that was left overnight. I tried removing the cover but it doesn't work. CAREFULLY pulled the tab on one side, no. The other side, no. Opposite, no. It took 10 minutes, a butter knife and lots of shouting to get the stupid lid off. which cracked immediately. DO NOT RECOMMEND, it's sad that Aisha's name is associated with this piece of shit. I hope the pan is at least working normally. I will not buy anything from this brand again.

I wanted a 9x13 pan that was easy to clean and had a lid. The lid is easy to remove, beautiful and durable. The first thing I did with this was a pan of Special K Bars/Scotcharoos and when I tried to remove them they just came out right! Nothing sticks to the pan! Because of this, it was SUPER easy to clean. Hooray! But my problem was that the top copper plating started peeling off where I cut the bars. I didn't even use a sharp knife, just a regular butter knife. I guess I just have to avoid…

Love love love this frying pan. Too bad they all came with that wonderful cover. Great pan and versatile. Besides baking everything in it, I use it to store pastries and rolls to keep them fresh. And yes, I also use baking pans in this one. Again, easy lifting handles and good looks. The packages arrived on time and the reading instructions said none of them should use Dawn Dish Degreaser as it could damage the easy to clean liner.
