An obvious use for this spoon is for ultra-lightweight camping eating utensils. However, due to the fact that I accidentally ordered more than one, I use them all the time in my kitchen. The super simple design features a long, slightly flexible handle with a small polished bowl. The titanium material absolutely does not react with food or materials I use it with. There are no gaps that prevent thorough cleaning and sterilization. Anyway, my kitchen is like a lab (lots of borosilicate glass!) so this titanium tool goes with everything else. Love it!
