I bought two of these DVD players in August. I'm homeschooled and we're doing a curriculum on DVD. I wanted something with a bigger screen. The cable broke for no reason in November. My kids don't turn them off. One of the batteries was dead, and when I tried to find out, the cable fell off the adapter. I contacted Pyle a few weeks ago and had to go through so many hurdles to find a replacement. I still haven't received a cable or message that it's actually being replaced. I was asked several times to send a receipt. The WORST customer service I have ever dealt with due to their terrible product. Just look elsewhere.
