Love the color. Fits better than arctic parka 2. Had problems with bottom zip getting stuck. Not a fan of chest zips. What I disliked the most was the knotted rope/cord around the waist which was placed between the outer shell and the inner lining and is totally non-functional as it cannot be adjusted or removed. I think Northface could have used something else like an elastic waistband, which I think they achieved with the Arctic Parka 2. Also, this downtown parka is no longer available on northface.com which means this style is likely to be discontinued as it is no longer available in stock. If you have dogs and toys with rope knots, be aware that my dog was attracted to the hidden rope/string when I laid him on the couch. Returns for purchase of Artic Parkas 2. The buyer should also note that Revain has changed their return policy. It no longer says "Your refund will be processed once we receive your refund". Revain now requires that you wait 2 weeks after receiving a return for processing before your return will be issued. You may need to hire more staff to process returns faster.
