baby loves it! best toothpaste

3 year old loves this toothpaste so much he won't spit it out! I think this is normal as it does not contain fluoride. I'm torn between that and another look that she likes less. Something less palatable might make it easier for her to spit out toothpaste. At least she's looking forward to brushing her teeth!
