Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality exceeds all expectations, I recommend to buy.

It makes no sense to buy a model with a large amount of RAM, because. buy with a minimum amount + additional memory module will cost much less. Installation is easy, the warranty does not suffer, just remove the back cover near the stand and install, no screwdriver is needed. The design is chic compared to the old Mac 3-4 years ago, when the old one stands apart like nothing, but when compared to the new one, it’s immediately clear that the design has been completely redesigned. The monitor is really excellent, all shades are visible at medium brightness, the resolution is gorgeous, when you look at this monitor, you think that it should be like this, why didn’t they do it before. The power of the processor and video card is enough for most tasks. I was worried that the HDD + SSD cache would work slowly, but in reality it turned out that it was definitely much faster than conventional disks and almost comparable to SSD. You need to get used to the location of the USB ports, it’s quite difficult to aim to connect something, it’s very difficult to blindly, so you have to peek :) The mouse and keyboard on batteries, on the one hand, this is a plus, on the other hand, a minus - if it is discharged, you will not quickly change it to continue working. The keyboard has become thinner, but the lack of an extended keyboard is a little disappointing, although not everyone needs it. Mouse - on the one hand, it has become more convenient, on the other hand, a large sensor instead of the usual scroll / wheel and the absence of a right button (yes, it is necessary, it is convenient when it is) do not add convenience. The impression that the mouse and keyboard have become not part of the overall design (sorry, the design is in order, we are talking about ergonomics, but "design" as usability is convenience), but simply an addition like "there should be something, if you don't like it, buy something else or be patient, "but this is the usual style of Apple .

Pros
  • Design, image quality, ergonomics, power, the ability to install additional memory
Cons
  • Touch pad mouse, keyboard without extended keys, USB only on the back, SSD models are expensive and limited in space.
