I was really surprised by this product. I strongly recommend that you first take only one capsule at a time to assess your tolerance. I took 2 when I first took it and I am comparing the experience to taking phentermine 37.5mg by prescription! I was a bit nervous and my back was sweaty as I drove down the road with the AC on! After taking just one capsule, the tremors are much less noticeable, but it's a great fat burner for sure! Better than anything I've taken far over the counter!
