Review on Inkjet Card Tray Canon Printers by Roger King

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I like that I can print ID cards. Serious.

I love, love, love the ability to print ID cards! I really know I used to mark my rabbit cages with business cards in clear PVC bags. While printing the same number of cards takes a bit longer, it's worth the production time I save on the "frontend" - actually using them. The inkjet cards come out beautifully and the company provides the templates you need. required, as well as instructions on how to use the print options to make everything work smoothly. I am using Canon MX922. The first print starts in about a minute (pulling the tray in, pulling it out, reinserting it, thinking about it, etc.), but when making multiple copies of the same print, subsequent copies are very fast! Inserting a tray can be a bit tricky - every printer is certainly different, but I've found that I have to start with mine without a tray and only install the tray after it's "ground some gears". " (not sure what it does, but it's loud). Eventually it will ask for a tray, and then you put it in; it works great if you follow these instructions. Otherwise, it will spit the tray out at you and while Examining the tray, I would like to say something else about the cards used: I print several of the same cards at the same time and write the information for each rabbit on a card in the boxes I have printed for the purpose of writing great on cards and keeping "They stand up very well to the harsh conditions of rabbit farming. I use them in cages that I take to shows so they stand up well to this type of treatment too. They even survive chewing, they don't have to taste that great just because I had a corner with a torn edge and they won't unravel any further. ;)
