Perfect for all ages for sleep sound machines
I use it in my teenage bedroom to help him relax at night before bed so he can sleep better. Since I've been using it I've noticed a big difference that it no longer comes into my room looking for sleeping pills and doesn't look as worn in the morning. He seems happier because he's more relaxed. The best decision I've made. Now I've put one in my room and also for my husband and I and we also feel more relaxed because we're falling asleep to something peaceful instead of Facebook.
