Soft and helps sleep

I bought this weighted blanket for my 19 year old daughter who has high functioning autism. She has serious sleeping problems. A few years ago I tried to order beads for a weighted blanket, but the box leaked and the beads were scattered around the US post offices. So I've been waiting for the best weighted blanket and here it is. Sherpa fleece is like a plaid (lighthearted) that my daughter loves during the day. My daughter was a bit suspicious at first, but after the first night she changed her bed with a weighted duvet. It helps with sleeping problems. Sherpa fleece is very soft and the weight (15 pounds) is just right.
