I've looked at a few compression garments for ankle sprains but the reviews have been all over the place for size/fit and if I could measure properly and figure out what fits now with swelling it would be too big to to be effective after a few days when the swelling subsided (needs to be purchased later)? Stumbled across this one which also included a separate compression sleeve that allows you to customize the fit. Perfect! The cuff itself is thick, very soft and comfortable to wear, and the separate wrap allowed me to not only adjust the fit, but where I want to put the most pressure. FYI, given its thickness, it can be difficult to wear with loafer shoes, but will probably work well with lace-up shoes or flip flops.
