Good plates. I ordered the wrong ones. The sellers are not to blame!
They are great except my nutritionist told me to eat 1/2 plate fruit and veg, 1/4 whole grains and 1/4 protein because of my kidney disease. I was the one who ordered them without paying much attention to the pictures (which will probably work for most people).
