Works well with my Time Warner 100Mbps cable modem. My area supports newer updated internet speeds so don't worry if you are also in one of these updated network areas. I hooked this up to my Zoom 5370 cable modem and digital tuner provided by the cable company. I purchased these in June 2016 and they came in a pack of 2, although this is not specifically stated on the written product description page. I thought I was only getting one so getting two was a bonus. It seems to be put together well and I like the screw holes on either side so it can be attached to a box or suitcase. There is another small hole on the side which I think might be for a screw holding the ground wire, but I'm not sure about that. Since I screwed it to my grounded metal case, I didn't worry about connecting the ground wire.
