Update: Purchased in August. It's November and the swing is broken. What a waste of money. Easy installation - 5 stars. I️ assembled it myself at 7.5 months pregnant, maybe ten minutes or so. Extremely easy and the instructions were clear. I wanted a more permanent setup compared to a tree strap so I bought the standard swivel hooks. I plugged it in and found it was a few feet off the ground. Leave maybe 12 inches slack and it will still be very high off the ground. This is the standard height of a wooden playground. The ropes on this one are very short. So now I have to buy some kind of extension cord or my kids can't safely use it, not to mention the ten minutes it took me to install the swing hooks and the big holes they leave when I make the strap they sell. would be five stars if the ropes were anywhere near normal length. EDIT: I went to Home Depot and bought four feet (two 2 foot sections) and two extra clamps. Cost me about $13. I really only needed an extra foot of chain on each side after hanging them, but I really didn't want to go there again so I just took the extra length. Now kids can safely play on it because it's not that high off the ground! They love it and I couldn't stop them.
