These guys knocked this out of the park. The only ground coffee I had when it arrived was slightly better than their premium holiday blend **$$. I had to read the instructions to understand how to use it, but after a cursory reading, the operation turned out to be quite simple. I made a batch (without bags, these are made to order now). Those are really good things. Super smooth, took a lot of the flavor out of my expired beans. After creating the second batch and having some troubles with the error code, I realized that it is very important not to exceed the maximum level as stated in the instructions. Up to but no more than the 750ml line. Very happy with this purchase!
