"Soft PVC " means soft like concrete.

PVC" as listed on the product page. Unless your idea of "soft" is specific. It's awful to wear them for more than a few minutes. Also, the colors are wrong, the screw on the eyecup holders is black and the body is dark green They probably cost about $0.75 to make and cost $5 I leave them on and add a spacer, maybe use some methylene chloride to reshape them.
