This swing is my happy place. I am a chubby housewife, looking for a cozy swing to read to a child, enjoy games and also use myself. The swing is beautiful and very comfortable! Big enough for a couple of kids, a kid and an adult, or just 1 adult. It's very durable, but the 700lb weight limit is a bit high to be honest. I weigh less than 200 pounds but I can see the bottom sagging after half a day of use. You need to know. The product description states that the kit has everything to hang the swing. which I think is true if you are hanging it on an existing swing set or in your garden, but if you already have one then why buy a swing set? . I bought this to hang from a sturdy healthy tree and what is included is a little disappointing. or a stressful situation when your kids are looking forward to you hanging it. The cables are very short. If you are going to hang this from a tree, YOU WILL NEED the straps, sold separately. 🙄 I think the description of the product is a bit misleading. I was very annoyed as this swing was already at the top of my budget and now I have to order the straps. To save the day, my conscientious redneck husband managed to hang him up with the secure tow strap we use to pull the jeep out of the mud. I wouldn't recommend it as a permanent solution at all. We will be purchasing belts which Royal Oak recommends you purchase separately to protect our only son. All in all a lovely swing, great quality, comfortable and a really nice feature to add to your garden, but you NEED straps. it keeps me from rating this 5 stars.
