I'm re-reading this review because I finally figured out how it works. This is a really good printer. The hardware seems pretty solid, it's not too slow and it prints really good 4x6 prints. And it's easy enough for my 13 year old not very tech savvy daughter to use it easily, change ink/paper etc. He had a lot of trouble with it initially because you can only print to it using the Kodak app and that app does the majority Couldn't see majority of the images on any phone trying to use them, just suggested entering anywhere between 1 and 20 or so random images out of thousands on your phone and pretending nothing else exists. I finally found out that it was because the app didn't understand that the iPhone was storing photos in iCloud and only thumbnails were stored on the phone; The app is completely unaware of this. I went back and forth with tech support for a week or two with no help (annoyingly they kept saying the problem would be fixed in the next version and all you had to do was wait, although over time it turned out they were didn't even know what the problem was). When I suggested that it might be iCloud, they replied that iCloud is simply not supported, even though it isn't mentioned anywhere. I finally figured out that if you view your photos on your phone (not the Kodak app) and click copy on the photo you want to print, it temporarily transfers the entire photo from the cloud to the phone and then transferred to the Kodak app will be happy to see and print it. In general, I like the printer very much. But if that doesn't work for you, don't trust tech support to help you and don't believe anything they say.
