Runs on 5 to 24 volts and delivers 5 volts on jack ( source) USB connector for connection to the plug of a USB powered device. Instead, it's a single-plug cable that plugs into a USB source, and the exposed ends of the wires plug into a 5V device that doesn't have a USB cable.
