I would recommend unboxing this product and counting the rolls. Unfortunately I didn't film it so I don't have proof, but I only received 29 rolls of tape. The band itself is pretty good, basically what you would expect from a strip band. Because it's thin it's best used as a design itself, but you can also use it in nail art as a border for drawing thicker stripes or other things with straight edges if you're careful. When using it myself as a design I find it easiest to cut it out with small nail scissors, but if you don't have them you can use nail clippers. You can also just mark where you need to cut by bending it back to make a slight indentation, then lifting the edge of the tape a little off your nail and trimming it with regular scissors. After applying the tip, the tape doesn't come off the nail as it's quite thin, but you can definitely see it's tape; In other words, you probably won't be able to fool anyone into thinking that you just drew very clean lines with nail polish. If that suits you, then it works great. I wish I had 30 roles instead of 29, but I don't think one role is that big of a deal.
