Chinese brand but still working

The packaging was a little generic, some of the translations are funny, but I bought it on sale for about $30 and it seemed to suit me perfectly. It fit my helmet, it had all the parts to attach the headphones (tape with velcro), plus a few spare velcro extensions that I didn't need. Bluetooth connected quickly, I tested it on calls and my wife said the sound quality was good. The sound is clear and at full volume I could hear it well even with earplugs. It also has an FM radio option, which I doubt, but it might come in handy if my phone runs out of power or if I want to listen to the local weather or road station. For $30 you can't ask for more. My only problem was that the bluetooth language is in chinese. I believe it says "Power on" and then "Bluetooth connected" when paired with your phone, but the female voice is in Chinese and I don't see a way to change it to English in the instructions. Otherwise it's a great little Bluetooth, and for only $30 what have you got to lose? Try it and if you don't like it, send it back. I paid over $200 for a similar headset a few years ago. I'll be back in a while and updating how it holds up to rain and use. **UPDATE 1: Note to seller, the listing is durum or soft wheat. I'm not sure who translated that, but they meant hard or soft connection, related to the mic. I have a modular helmet and I think even with a closed full face helmet you should get a hardwire (durum?) version.

Pros
  • 1200mAh polymer lithium battery can be fully charged in about 2 hours.
Cons
  • boring packaging
