Easily and accurately matches a fairly responsive scroll wheel (some scroll wheels are soft and imprecise). I found the scroll wheel on Macally acceptable, if not good. Not the best around, but certainly accurate enough for everyday use. My BIG gripe, however, is that its low-profile design isn't comfortable! Instead of my palm resting comfortably on the mouse, the outer edge of my palm should support my hand. It just feels like it was made for little kids, and even my hands aren't particularly large (rather average). There are better alternatives for adults.
