Valve on bottom of dryer leaks.

I just got my compressor wired and plumbed today and this regulater/ dryer failed on the first day. When I open the valve and allow it to pressurize, the valve on the bottom of the dryer bulb pops out and releases all the air.

Water filter does not filter water

Pressure regulator works well. The oil / water filter does not work well. I use another water filter at the end of the line and this is consistently capturing quite a bit while the this captures nothing.

  • The auto-drain feature makes maintenance of the unit practically effortless, as it automatically removes excess water and oil from the system

  • The FRL combo may not be suitable for use in food or pharmaceutical-related applications

Didn't last long. Wouldn't recommend

Worked great for awhile,I've had it just over a year and both bowls are cracked and leaking air. As far as I know you can't buy replacement bowls so it's a throw away.

Came complete with all parts required to install

Product works as described. Removes / separates debree from compressed air, with a regulator to control air pressor The product may not be able to effectively filter out all impurities from the air supply.

Gauge broken best in my review

Product arrived with the gauge broken and the two fittings missing. Also, the teflon tape it comes with, although very usable, looked a little thin so I used my own. Missing fittings honestly did not matter because I used my own, but probably would affect someone other than me. Giving it 4 stars for now, only because I need to see how it holds up, otherwise its great and economical.

Reseal valve plug on back before installation.

Works well, but started to leak after a few months at the valve plug on the back. The sealant they used didn't hold up. After wrapping it about 10x with Teflon tape and thread sealant, it is as good as new.

Easy to install in my review

I had been looking for the stock pressure sensor for my truck and couldn't find one. This was installed easy. Works better than the original one

Diaphragm failed. Slips out of recess and looses pressure.

Works fine at low pressure. When trying to use at 100 psi for air tools the diaphragm releases from recess. I have disassembled and put it back in place twice. The force of setting it to 100 psi pushes it out again shortly. If all you need is low pressure it is fine.

Lots of leaks. on my review.

I have purchased this bread before and had no issues, however this time it was leaking within hours of install. leaked from the bowl of both the regulator and lubricator and seemingly from the body castings of both. We have low line pressure of 120 PSI, within the published ratings so it should not have been a problem.

No pride in workmanship anymore

I can’t remember what I liked, but I do remember what I don’t like. No manual/directions . No clear easy was to phone vendor to get help. Right out of the box , air is gushing out from adjustment know. Gage needle moves when increasing or decreasing pressure via the plastic adjustment knob, but it sounds like there’s no o-rings or something . Nothing telling me how to get the knob off, so I’ve been out of business for 3 days now trying to figure this out . What a waist of my vault level time…

OK if you’re good at rebuilding brand new tools

Very small compact, fits in the palm of your hand, petite and a great demonstration of a disposable tool.It wasn’t until the pressure was adjusted that the constant leak started. Leak originates from the stem of the regulator valve. Not enough to cause the compressor to run constantly, but a loss of 2-3 gallons per hour and of course the annoying hiss of compressed air leaking. Due to time between ordering and installation and finding the flaw, this unit is now an unused ‘spare/backup’…
