Leak originates from the stem of the regulator valve. Not enough to cause the compressor to run constantly, but a loss of 2-3 gallons per hour and of course the annoying hiss of compressed air leaking. Due to time between ordering and installation and finding the flaw, this unit is now an unused ‘spare/backup’ collecting dust. Any ‘savings’ were lost when a quality replacement needed to be purchased.
