Anyone familiar with military contracts knows that those who pay the most don't get a contract. Often the combination of cheap and reliable is enough, but not always in this case either. Surefire is not the best light maker. Of course, these are great lamps, but they are 300% overpriced. This is a high quality searchlight and most automobiles or civilians will not use this light in a military environment. Although searchlights will most likely survive the same use as sure fire. If you're willing to pay more to pretend to be Pat Mac, then choose the right fire. If you are a sensible and humble civilian who still want great gun accessories, you can buy this flashlight.
