This is great. I applied it to the couch end first with the sticky end facing the trainer. Our kitten stopped scratching immediately. He tried to play with the pins, but those rotating pins couldn't move them, so he finally gave them up. Then I put one of them in the corner, sticky side up, where the kitten peed from time to time. Hinged pins held the sheet securely in place and the stickiness discouraged the kitty from taking risks in the corner and used stuffing instead. A win on both fronts, great product.
