Ordered these to help with my frequently blocked ducts. I am a former rice sock user and currently a heated lactation massager. I decided to try them to complement the combo and help with my needs. I have followed the heating time instructions but found that the recommended time is not enough to heat it up well enough for me. I found the perfect time for my microwave to be between 25 and 28 seconds. I put them on my chest for about 5 minutes before pumping and leave them there for a while. I find myself tucking the top of the pad into my bra or leaning back slightly to hold them where they should be. They are a decent size (I have DDD so it's always difficult to get them right!). They cost $14.77 and are currently discounted to $11.82 (20% off). They may come in handy after my leveling journey is over. I didn't use them as ice packs as I don't need them for that function. I would recommend this product!
