We have used several of these holders to replace single color holders in a roll in a commercial office. These pieces are solidly made, beautifully finished and come in great packaging. The stainless steel has a protective plastic film to prevent scratches prior to installation. A small ledge on the edge of the shelf prevents items from rolling/falling. A nice touch was the two identical stainless steel button covers for attaching the mounting screws - not really necessary as they're behind the paper holder bar, but it shows the attention to detail. These holders add a touch of flair to our toilets and complement other brushed stainless steel fixtures we have installed. Installation was easy and took about 15 minutes, although I had to drill mounting holes in the ceramic wall tiles. The only thing that could be improved is the attachment of the T-Bar roll holder - it is currently attached to the wall/base plate with two Phillips self-tapping screws. They were slightly loose on arrival which caused the T-bar to tilt. Tightening the bolts was an easy fix, but I can see where it's possible that over time they will loosen again and need to be removed to re-tighten. The best option would be a welded joint. But overall still a 5 star product and I highly recommend it.
