My wife wanted a 19" TV in our kitchen under the cabinet. I needed a swiveling wall mount so she could easily turn it to the left when she was in the Breakfast nook sat. After a long search I settled on this one. The build quality is excellent! Although this unit is suitable for a 19" TV, it is really designed for larger TVs. So you have to be careful with the mounting holes on your TV . The 4 mounting holes on my Samsung 19" are on the top of the TV. When I installed the TV into the appropriate holes on the wall mount, the top unused portion of the mount protruded over the top of the TV. I just took the mounting bracket to a local machine shop and the top ends of the wing butterfly brackets were trimmed so they aren't visible over the TV. Otherwise the performance of this product is excellent and if I were to install a larger TV I would give it 5 stars I gave it 4 stars because I don't think it will fit 19 inch TVs unless yours Mounting holes are closer to the center of the back of your TV.
