Perfect for storing the tiny bits that come with the Apple Pencil. Literal Redemption! I prefer to leave the lid holder on the charging cable as I never charge my pen from my iPad and the pen slot in my bag somehow broke the lid holder. I just slipped the loop coming off the pencil onto my lanyard, then slipped the loose part of the cap holder under the loop that holds the charging key in place (see how I did it). Both the cap holder and key holder stay securely attached to the cable during storage/travel and charging and haven't had any issues with slipping, stretching or anything else. I don't use the tip cap because it's too wide to fit in the pencil slot of my case, but that's fine because the tip is protected by the case. When I didn't have a case, I found the pen tip protector useful and attached it to the end of the pen like a pen cap. It remained fairly secure during use. All in all this is a life saver and I am 100% sure that without this set I would have lost either my pencil cap or charging key!
