Tried on more than 20 dogs: NO EFFECT!

Went to a dog beach here in San Diego where hundreds of dogs live. I've gone around and tested it on dozens of dogs. 0 effect. I went to the park and tried it on dogs. There is a laser pointer and a flashlight. I sealed them with small pieces of tape but of course left holes for the speakers. None of the dogs responded. It seemed stupid and useless. I think it's just a fake. I don't think he makes any noise at all. A kind of placebo for humans.
