Your quart bags aren't what they used to be. I use them for sous vide cooking. They made the bags cheaper and made them 10 inches instead of the 11 inches they've had for years. This is very important if you use them like I do. I'd like to speak to the idiot who made that decision. I always try to use products recommended by the manufacturer. This usually means better quality. It certainly ruins their image. Don't change anything without warning the consumer. I hate doing returns but this time I might do it. Some recent reviewers are also complaining that these new bags don't hold the seal. I don't know as I haven't used them yet.
