All the mascaras that say they can be built up have disappointed me, so I was skeptical. But this is different. That's great! That's exactly what I wanted. I can layer and layer and it still looks completely natural. It's like all I have are these big, thick, big, black lashes. You don't have to be full of glamour, it also looks very understated.
