One of the nose pads fell out of my glasses leaving a metal stain where it was hanging from my nose. I dabbled with this for a while but eventually got fed up and decided to order some replacement nose pads. They fit perfectly and are just as comfortable as the originals. Sizing is more a matter of preference, but make sure you choose the right type for your goggles (this is the screw-on type, but there are others that will fit). I also love that it comes with two pairs - so next time this happens I'm already ready to deal with it.
