As advertised. in my review

Easy to install with a decent installation booklet, looks great, and is well built. One thing I'm not sure about is will the top shelf with the long 4 screws (See the photo with the red circle) can handle the weight (48.1 pounds) of my HP LaserJet printer? and for how long! IMO this is more suitable for an InkJet printer.
