This product works and they have an even better product!
At first, the smell of cat urine was so unpleasant. Little did we know that DO NOT USE HOT WATER for the first wash. That made it even worse! We then found this product and Stink Free and dove in and eventually got the smell out of our sofa. We sucked it up! It still had a slight smell after drying (husband has a sensitive nose) - so we used STINK FREE Concentrated Spray and it worked! GRATITUDE!
