Review on Adjustable 8'' Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat Classroom Party Hat - Eureka by Shaneequah Craig

Saw this while looking for something for Dr. Seuss' birthday party. Seuss that we had in my preschool and laughed out loud. They look even funnier on adults and children. Everyone had a great time with them and we like the cat in the hats. The only downside is that it takes a few minutes to figure out how the straps and tabs fit together to keep it on your head. Once you understand how it works, they come together pretty quickly and stick well. I don't think any of the 30 kids they had broke one. Great achievement if you know 3-5 year olds!
