This cream is not suitable for removing age spots as described on its product. The ingredients appear to be natural and are not effective in removing pigment spots, brown spots or pimples. The label doesn't say mineral oil, but it does contain mineral oil. If you can wait 1 year to get rid of your imperfections then this is a cream but like most of us who want clear skin in a few weeks don't waste your money on this product. . USELESS!
