It kneads the dough perfectly, and most importantly very quickly, a large bowl, and the cream whips up just lovely, I made cranberry mousse in it, it turned out airy, I have never tried this, it copes with any dough, I am delighted with it, and the design is simply amazing, excellent save time, it kneads, I drink coffee, the impressions are good
