The best cut!

I bought this to replace a brand new blade/rail trimmer that needed new blades after completing just one project. I was hesitant to go broke because I don't craft very often, but I'm so glad I did because it made my next project so much easier. The blade slides easily over any paper, while the old style sometimes got stuck, especially when the groove was clogged. Light is especially useful when trying to align a drawing. And I really like that I can literally "shave off" the edge of the paper a little if needed. I read complaints that there is nothing to hold the paper but I don't understand why; I had no problem holding with one hand and cutting with the other. A few minor cons: (1) The numbers are hard to see, but this was a quick and easy fix by washing off the diluted white paint and then wiping off the excess with a damp paper towel (there's a tutorial video on YouTube) . (2) It's not clear why they chose not to mark where the arm bends between 6-3/4 and 6-15/16, so you'll have to look at that. I don't really care considering how well it otherwise works, but if you have the space you might want the full version. It doesn't really matter to me, considering
