Overall pretty good, an equal number of pros and cons.
Pros below: Doesn't flicker. For some, dignity, changing power by successive switching on and off. Turned it on for the first time, got 100% power, turned it off, turned it on, got 50% Got cons: On a regular dimmer that I use with incandescent lamps, it does not react in any way.
