These things do what they were designed to do
These are the first blades I've used with my new safety razor so I really have nothing to compare them to other than the big Gillette cartridges could. They give me the smoothest shave I've ever had. Gillet cartridges caused all kinds of razor burn and my 5 o'clock shadow appeared about 4 hours later in the day. Derby didn't cause a razor burn and the 5 o'clock shadow waits until 5 a.m. the next day. Overall I am satisfied, value for money is excellent.
