These JVC memory foam ear tips were definitely a good buy. If you're like me, you typically end up needing a new pair of these headphones once or twice a year due to connection failure and resulting uneven or one-sided sound. While this usually happens in the middle of a treadmill session or in the middle of some yard work, it's not a big deal as these headphones are widely available. I've tried many types (Panasonic, J-Buds, Apple, Samsung) and these JVC headphones are the first to feature memory foam ear tips. I can say that the memory foam is very snug and comfortable to wear; better than silicone or rubber pens. The noise cancellation is satisfactory, the microphone works well, the music sound is decent. After three months and almost daily use, they have held up well. A couple of minor points are that the memory foam earbuds are harder to clean when placed in your ears, and they sound more like phone calls or audiobooks than music.
