Used, not new as described. They were pleated and the side waist ties were tightened like someone had worn them before. Fit my granddaughter well, she’s very happy with them.
Pros
- Fits well for my granddaughter, she is very happy with it
Cons
- Pants may have a chemical odor due to the manufacturing process, which is difficult to eliminate.
