I am very happy with how intuitive everything was when getting started using this product. We had just gone through an extensive upgrade of our infrastructure so it took time for us get up speed but once we got there it allowed me to spend more hours in front of my computer than ever before! There's not much that i dislike. The entire process from beginning-to-end has been extremely easy both via their excellent documentation as well as customer service team who are always available to help out. Reporting at scale can be difficult without some sort of solution like ours or otherwise you're forced into multiple tools which becomes cumbersome over time especially if your org grows quickly (which happens A LOT!).
