Review on Alaterre Furniture Coventry Coat Shelf by Derrick Lowell

The shelf arrived and when taken out of the box most of the hooks were already broken. Although it was annoying I decided to just go to the hardware store and buy new hooks. But then I tried to assemble it, but the "B" part is missing, and I have an extra "C" in its place. So instead of having one triangular piece for the left and right sides, I have two for the right side. Too bad because the quality of the parts looks very good, but the quality control completely missed the mark.
